Move Into Life®: Gentle Movement Classes for Balance & Ease in Portland
Gentle NeuroMovement® Lessons for Ease, Balance & Vitality This Summer
If your body feels stiffer than it used to…if getting up from the floor feels harder…if balance, pain, tension, or fatigue are quietly shrinking your world…
you are not alone.
And things can change.
This spring, join Phoebe MacRae for a special 5-week Move Into Life® series at Taborspace designed especially for adults in midlife and beyond who want to move more easily, feel more confident, and enjoy life more fully.
Inspired by Phoebe’s beloved Move Into Life® retreats and workshops, this shorter Portland series offers gentle micromovement lessons that help awaken the brain-body connection and create new possibilities for comfort, mobility, balance, and joy.
Move Better. Feel Better. Enjoy Summer Again.
Imagine sitting comfortably on a picnic blanket in the park, playing with grandchildren without fear or hesitation, walking with more confidence and less strain, or simply feeling steadier, stronger, lighter, and more energized in your daily life.
These classes are not about forcing, stretching, or pushing through discomfort. Through gentle awareness-based movement lessons, your brain receives new information that can help improve coordination, flexibility, balance, posture, and ease.
Participants often notice reduced pain and tension, easier movement, better sleep, increased vitality, and more mental clarity and joy.
