NeuroMovement®
Pain Relief
For adults
Gentle, brain-based lessons to ease back, neck, hip, and joint pain.
If you live with nagging pain, you’re not broken. Your brain is looking for better options.
If you’ve tried massage, PT, chiropractic, or yoga and still feel stuck, you’re not alone.
Many adults come to me with hip, back, neck, shoulder, or generalized pain and a long list of things they’ve already tried.
What often gets missed is the role of the brain in how you move, sense, and protect yourself.
When your brain gets new, safe information, it can reorganize movement so pain quiets and ease returns.
That’s the heart of Anat Baniel Method® NeuroMovement®.

What is NeuroMovement® and why does it help with chronic pain?
NeuroMovement® is a gentle, brain-based approach that uses precise, comfortable movement lessons to help your nervous system notice options it has been missing.
When you’re in pain, the brain often narrows movement choices to protect you.
That protection can become a habit that keeps pain going.
By exploring easy, non-strenuous variations, your brain updates the “map” of how you move.
More movement choices usually mean less pain, better coordination, and a sense of calm.
What a typical session with Phoebe looks like
Sessions are fully clothed and customized for your goals.
We may work with you lying on a padded table, seated, standing, or even on the floor.
The touch is gentle.
The focus is on clear, comfortable movement and sensory information that your brain can use right away to ease your pain.
You can expect:
A short conversation about your history, concerns, and goals
Gentle movement explorations that do not provoke pain
Time to sense changes and integrate what you notice
Practical ideas for daily life so your improvements stick
Why we don’t chase the pain
Pain is real, but the cause is often not where you feel it.
If your heel hurts from plantar fasciitis, your shoulder freezes, or your low back flares,
the underlying pain pattern may live in how your whole self coordinates.
We look at the system rather than a single part so
your brain can re-organize your movement globally.
That’s how durable change happens.

How NeuroMovement® Works
Movement is the Language of the Brain
Movement organizes the brain.
Specific, slow, gentle, movement creates opportunities for new neural pathways to form.
When you develop new neural pathways you can expect
relief from habitual patterns that create Chronic Pain and Anxiety.
Because all areas of the brain are connected… an upgrade in any area affects every area of the brain.
