I have been busy spreading the word about Anat Baniel Method NeuroMovement and haven’t posted here in a while. I am happy to be back to share a link to a podcast I had the joy of recording with the great folks at Synergy Autism Center.

It was a podcast specifically centered around using NeuroMovement with children experiencing autism spectrum disorder.

It was really fun to be in the room with 4 women who are all passionate about helping kids and their parents navigate the realities of lives effected by this condition.

In the podcast my colleague Kathy Shean-Jones and I tell a little bit about ourselves and our journeys to becoming ABM NeuroMovement Practitioners.

We talk about what a NeuroMovement session/lesson looks like, how often they are scheduled, and what outcomes might look like. We describe the 9 Essentials of NeuroMovement which gives tools to listeners to try at home!!

Phoebe MacRae, her Anat Baniel Method work with our son has been miraculous.
